In Shawn's role of Litigation Support Expert he will consult with our clients as they manage their processing, review and production through the Integrated e-Discovery System as well as assist in the continued development of features to the application.
Shawn's former roles include Director of Electronic Discovery with AlphaLit, General Manager at OnSite3 and Operations Manager for Merrill Corporation where he managed the process of e-discovery from collection through to production for multi-million dollar litigations and billion-dollar second requests. His extensive case experience working on some of the country's most significant litigations include the largest recent airline mergers, Federal and State financial fraud investigations that dominated the headlines, as well as the on-location execution of bankruptcy related litigation support operations at Enron corporate offices. Throughout his career Shawn has exhibited a dedication to providing the highest level of support and consultancy to both legal and corporate customers and we are excited to have his knowledge available to our clients.
In his free time, Shawn enjoys traveling with his wife and performing community service. He also enjoys playing golf and basketball and following his hometown sports teams (Go Celtics!). He's also a fan of the arts (museums, theater, music), great food and good (albeit cheap) wine and has a keen interest in technology and finance.
