Rizzi received her first Bachelor's degree in Biology from Franklin Pierce College back in 2005 and received her second Bachelor's degree in 2009 for Information and Technology with a concentration in Software Development from Univerity of Phoenix.

Rizzi resides in Quincy, MA. She enjoys watching sports (especially the Boston Celtics and specifically Paul Pierce) and listening to music. She also recently rediscovered a childhood hobby--Playing in mud and climbing walls.
