Jeff joined the company in 2003 after working at Staples, where he led the strategic planning and support operations for a Microsoft-based infrastructure with over 250 Compaq and HP servers. He quickly moved up the ranks at MerlinOne to become the Director of Customer Service and Support, where he oversees the company's support staff and ongoing expansion into advanced technologies in our Hosted operations. He has a BA in Political Science and Secondary Education, and is also a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
Jeff currently lives in Wayland, Massachusetts with his wife Michelle. In his free time he enjoys boating and sport fishing.
