MerlinOne, Inc. is a premier supplier of content management solutions for print and electronic publishers. Our products manage some of the largest collections of digital assets in the world, in the most demanding production environments.

MerlinOne was founded in 1988 to make the Phoenix image transmission system. We evolved with the industry and saw the need to manage and store the increasing amount of digital content that we were transmitting. After intensive research and development, we installed our first Merlin archive in 1994. We now have well over a decade of experience in implementing real world solutions to handling some of the world’s largest collections of digital assets in the most demanding production, department and enterprise environments. In 2001, we started E-Sheets®, a hosted electronic tearsheet service that has become is the industry’s largest electronic tearsheets database with over 110,000,000 records on-line. The hosted site has become the platform for more new products: LiveInvoice, AdReady and the new LiveEdition on-line newspaper. All of our hosted products are based on Merlin technology.

Our development team has deep domain expertise and our installation and support staff have a proven track record second to none. We listen to our customers to constantly improve our products to meet their evolving needs. The increased use of videos by publishers has lead to our latest innovation, Merlin Video, a version of our flagship product that actually lets users manage audio/video content by searching soundtracks for spoken words!
